My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for getting around Kingston, and I appreciated the accommodating staff. I had a fantastic experience at the Ambassador Hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay. The rooms were clean and provided excellent value for the price. Moreover, the breakfast was truly one of the best I've had in any hotel. However, my stay unfortunately took a turn when I encountered some cleanliness issues and the pool was far too cold for my kids to enjoy.
